The goal was to gain visibility and engage with the customers from further parts of the store. We used one video animation which we divided in between five iPads screens. This treatment resulted with a very unique effect which instantly creates an impactful impression.
We've called this MODULE ONE which turns on when there is no interaction with the iPads for an extended period of time.

Once the customers are interacting with the display, not only they can touch the bottle and smell the fragrance, but also learn about the product. Additional modules of the app present beautiful fragrance notes animations, show available product sizes, TV Commercial, previously submitted customers reviews and suggest other products from the same category.

We started with questions: 'What would the perfect experience be like? How would it feel?' Once we had the vision we searched for innovative solutions that would help us achieve the effect we were looking for. KPIs reaserch and collaboration with external providers was part of the development, but we never lost sight of what's most important - creating amazing in store experience.
